To receive our special pricing for Law Enforcement, Military, or NRA Instructors you will need to print out the Qualification Form (.PDF 36KB), fill it out with your contact information, photocopy your Law Enforcement/Military or NRA Instructor's ID along with your driver's license, and fax it to us at 585.272.5427, mail it to LaserMax 3495 Winton Place Building B, Rochester, NY 14634 or email a scanned copy to customerservice@lasermax.com. Then please call our toll-free number 1-800-LASER-03 during business hours (9-5 EST) and ask for Customer Service. They will be happy to qualify you for the appropriate discounts. Note: For U.S. Military Personnel stationed outside the U.S. please email customerservice@lasermax.com.
