Internal Red Laser for Glock Compact Pistols
The LaserMax LMS-1131P Red Guide Rod Laser is purpose-built for Glock 19, 23, 32, and 38 Gen 1-3 pistols. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory recoil spring guide assembly, this internal laser sighting system delivers rapid target acquisition while maintaining the familiar feel and handling characteristics of the firearm.
Engineered for concealed carry, home defense, training, and duty applications, the LMS-1131P installs easily without gunsmithing or permanent modification. The internal guide rod design preserves factory grip ergonomics and does not interfere with standard holster compatibility.
Constructed with rugged aircraft-grade aluminum components and genuine Wolff springs, the system is designed for dependable performance and long-term durability. The high-visibility pulsing red laser enhances target awareness and improves visibility in varying lighting conditions.

My first one lasted 14 years (purchased in 2006)! Installation is simple. Once installed, it works well. It produced no jams, misfires, and spring held up well. An issue whereby the rubber washer which keeps the batteries in tact got worn and therefore the red cap which keeps the batteries enclosed kept falling off. The red cap itself seemed to get "worn" and would not want to stay on. It seemed the pressure against the front barrel lug is what kept it on. Still, not a serious issue.

laser guide rod arrived as scheduled. Easy to install with instructions. You can find YouTube videos that walk you through the procedure. Laser is bright and operates easily. The flickering laser works for me. Highly recommend. I am on a personal security detail, so first shot must be very accurate. I also installed SureFire XC1B light on my Glock 19. Both the light and laser are quite easy to access. No fumbling.

I assembled everything correctly for my Glock 19, the slide wouldn’t stay locked in to the frame and the laser wouldn’t work after the Glock was charged. Expensive product, smart design but I had flaws with mine. 1 Star Wouldn’t recommend.
