Glock 43 Green Laser Light with GripSense Technology
The Glock 43 green laser light (Model CF-4243-C-G) is part of the LaserMax CenterFire laser sight collection. Designed for Glock 42, 43, 43X and 48 pistols, this compact system combines a high-visibility green laser with an integrated LED light to support faster target acquisition and improved confidence in defensive or training scenarios.
LaserMax GripSense™ technology detects when the shooter establishes a natural firing grip. Similar to smartphone touch sensors, the system senses contact at the trigger guard and activates the laser automatically.
Users can also disable GripSense activation and operate the laser using the manual switch if preferred.
Designed for Concealed Carry and Personal Defense
The CenterFire laser and light system is built for real-world defensive use including:

A bright 520 nm green laser projects a visible aiming point downrange while the integrated LED light improves target visibility in low-light conditions.
The housing is rounded and blended to maintain a smooth draw from concealment.
Ambidextrous Controls and Adjustable Alignment
The system mounts to the trigger guard area of compatible Glock pistols without permanent modifications. Ambidextrous activation supports both right- and left-handed shooters.
Operators can easily program the laser for:
- steady beam mode
- pulsed beam mode
Windage and elevation adjustments allow precise alignment for consistent point-of-aim / point-of-impact performance.
GripSense activation also functions when wearing gloves.

The GREEN GLOCK GRIPSENSE LIGHT/LASER was very easy to install. I’m at all with how well the Gripsense works. The green laser is very bright and I love it. If your on the fence about buying this product, do it you won’t regret it.

Very easy assembly and fit my wife’s Gock 43 perfectly. It adds almost no perceptible weight. Very pleasantly surprised with the light…I expected it to less illuminating than it is at 100 lumens…it is easily bright enough for target identification in a dark house. Another plus is that the laser itself is a brighter green than the Armalaser on my Glock 48. Haven’t had the opportunity to do any shooting since installing the device so I have no comment on accuracy or robustness, but I expect it to do well. Long term, we’ll see…but first impressions are positive.

Stopped at the range after the gun show yester to try it out. Lazer was dead-on. Never even had to adjust it after shooting, as suggested by the manufacturer.

I love the fact of having a laser and flashlight together on my G43X. I’m a veteran and while in Iraq a flashlight on my M9 would have made a world of difference during combat as an MP. When I bought this combo I immediately installed it and proceeded to the range to throw 500ish rounds thru the test. It functions flawlessly even with Oakley tactical gloves on during shooting drills. The only thing that I would recommend is somehow find a holster to cover the grip sense pad if carrying IWB. It sets off my laser/ light combo when walking and my pants line runs the actuator. Other than that, amazing combo for G43X or the likes. Great product Lasermax!

This item has not functioned properly for very long since I got it. It has been returned once already. It was Ok for a short time after it was returned but now it does not operate as it is supposed to. I am following the instructions in the manual to the letter but to no avail. The problem seems to be in the switches or the grip sensor. I am very sorry I bought this thing as it was expensive and is now utterly worthless to me.
