The Beretta & Taurus green guide rod laser (LMS-1441G) is engineered for compatible Beretta 92, 96, M9 series pistols and Taurus PT models. This internally mounted system replaces the factory spring guide assembly with a precision-built green laser sighting solution.

I’ve had this laser for over a year. I’ve shot thousands of rounds through my 92 with it. Accuracy is awesome, as is easy and speed of target acquisition. I only have two critical comments. 1, I wish it had a steady on option instead of just flashing. 2, I wish they made one for the 1911!

I have had two of the green lasers for about 3 years now. They have been rock solid in performance. I have had 3 inch groups at 100 feet and for me that is awesome with my bad eyes and arthritic hands.

As a noobie I need help with every aspect of gun ownership and especially aiming. This guide rod laser was very easy to install even though I’ve never stripped a gun before. Green lasers are generally superior and this one doesn’t disappoint – very bright in normally lit indoor environments and even better at night outdoors. Fits 1992 vintage Taurus PT 92 AF perfectly. I am much more pleased with the take down lever, unlike the previous models (10-14) years ago it does not have an indent in it but has a nylon insert to prevent damage to the gold contact at the battery end cap.

Super easy to install. Well made and all around neat product. I haven’t fired with the laser yet, but it’s dead center with the sights. Very, very happy. Only thing I would have liked is a stainless steel version for my 92FS Inox, though the black doesn’t look bad or out of place at all.

Excellent solution for any autoloading pistol. It does lack the ability for adjustment which may be needed as parts wear and seat in place over time, but we shall see. I haven’t needed to change batteries yet, so that process is still untested (for me). My Beretta (open carry for work) lacked laser attachment points, so this was my only viable solution for aging eyes in indoor scenarios. I only wish this company still made a solution for my Springfield 9mm XDE, as that was the firearm that started my search for a green laser with a minimum foot print (my daily concealed carry). Has any one else had trouble finding a holster that with not turn on the guide rod laser every time it’s holstered ? It’s almost like the holster needs a channel for the little button that activates the laser as not to engage it ?

The guide rod laser DOES NOT FIT a full size Beretta 92 with 4.25 inch barrel. It is too long and sticks out past the barrel end by almost half an inch. The descriptions need to have length dimensions. Hopefully they will add them, I can’t be the only person that had this problem. Please include the length in the description LaserMax.

I’m getting great grouping at 10, and 20 feet. Even at 30 feet I was very happy. Easy to install, and easy to turn on and off. The green laser is the way to go. Great visibility day, and night.

There were a few delivery/shipping issues. So it took about 3 weeks for delivery. Installation was easy. Function: it works, however the laser dot is now a “steady dot” instead of the “pulsating dot” as described. This is not necessarily a big detriment. Lasermax was notified of this issue(?), no response was received. Will keep an eye on the function as range time increases.

Bought one to check it out, then bought 2 more. Took a few minutes to install, works as advertised, and within a 1/4 inch accuracy up to 25 yards. Evens the playing field for us older guys that are getting a little shaky and don’t see as well. Very impressed with them.

Installed into my Beretta 92FS with no problems. Testing the install everything worked. When I took it to the range the laser flickered and turned on an off ultimately ceasing to operate. I have spoken with customer service. They are sending a cap that they say should solve the problem. Hopefully I will get the small part soon. If I can get this to work, I am going to get another one for my 92X Performance Defensive if Laser max says it is compatible.

Overall a great item. It was the wrong item. It fits a 96 and I have a 96A1. However, the last ones I purchased work great in my 92FS and G17.
